Will I get a ticket ?
This is a ticket-less event. All you need to do is visit the event page for information on where and when to come. We will have a list of guests booked on the event. If you have booked and paid for others, we will tick off members of your group when you arrive. You might like to send us their contact information prior to an event. If you would like to be in a group together through the night, please book under one booking reference.
What should I wear ?
This is a tricky question and is very much dependent on the location and time of year. The main things to wear are comfortable shoes. We advise against any heels as a lot of places we visit have uneven floors. Many of our events occur indoors but even these places can get cold overnight so warm layers are ideal. Please bring a torch with you.
How old do you have to be to come on an event ?
You must be over 18 to attend one of our events. We do offer private events that have a lower age requirement subject to parents’ approval/attendance.
I can no longer go to the event is my deposit returnable ?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be swapped for other events. This is due to having to pay the venue in advance for your space at the event. You are also not able to resell your ticket to anyone. We are happy to offer them to our client base for you and attempt to resell them on your behalf.
If I am running late can I still get in ?
Generally, if you are late there is a high chance you won’t be permitted entry as all mobile phones are turned off and we would have no way of knowing you have arrived. If you are running late, you should notify us as soon as possible. If we are aware you are going to be late, we may be able to have someone let you in. But generally, once the doors are closed there is no entry. You have an obligation to make sure you arrive on time.
How do I pay my final balance ?
Around two weeks prior to the event, we will email you an invoice for the outstanding balance via PayPal. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive this, please call the number on our website. Emails may come under Ghost Hunter Tours. If you wish to pay the remainder of the balance earlier. You may do so, using the following banks details: Account: Ghost Hunter Tours- Sort Code: 04-00-03 Account No: 49129011. Please state the event and date for reference.
Is there car parking ?
Many locations we visit do have car parking, but you should make your own investigation prior to your arrival. We do try to post this information on the event page where possible.
Where will I find details for my event ?
We post all details for events on our Facebook page the day before the event. You should check this page and tag anyone you are bringing with you so they might see the information as well. All photographs taken on the night are for you own personal use and may not be used for commercial use. If such use is required you must ensure you notify Ghost Hunter Tours first for permission. If given then ensure credit is given to Ghost Hunter Tours .
Am I guaranteed to see a ghost ?
That is a good question, not easily answered as different people experience different things. The mediums and clairvoyants who work with us have some form of contact with spirit or receive messages via their spirit guides. Others engage spirit via a board or table tipping. Like in life nothing can be guaranteed but who knows you might be the lucky one!
Can I bring my own equipment?
You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment. However, if it starts affecting our equipment or disturbing other guests, we may ask you to stop using it.
Can I bring my own equipment ?
We actively encourage guests to take lots of photographs. The only thing we ask is you say “FLASH” loudly before taking your pictures, so guests are not left seeing orbs the rest of the night.
Am I allowed to drink ?
We operate a ZERO tolerance policy on drinking or drug-taking at any of our events. Anyone that arrives under the influence of either will be turned away and no refund will be offered. Any guests we find drinking or taking drugs (other than prescribed medications) during our events Will be asked to leave. No refund will be offered
